PCW is a Catholic secondary school for girls established in 1873 by seven Presentation Sisters - an Irish congregation founded by
Nano Nagle. The College has inherited from the Presentation Sisters a tradition of adventure, creating an openness to teaching and
learning that infuses the school. Providing six years of education, PCW educates girls for life. Our objective is to provide a
learning environment with moral purpose, where every student matters and where the culture of deep learning is embedded in every
activity, event, policy and project.

SCHOLARSHIPS AT PCW
General Excellence, Academic and Music Scholarships are available for students entering into Years 7, 9 and 11. Closing dates for 2011 applications are Year 7: 07/04/2010. Years 9, 11 and Music: 18/06/2010

School Uniform
All PCW uniform requirements can be purchased at the school uniform shop. Opening hours Tuesday 8-11am or Thursday 1-4pm. Also available at Dobsons, 667 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn.
