2012 Alumnae Celebration Weekend
The Alumnae Centenary Celebration will extend over a weekend with dinner on Friday 30 November 2012 at The Promenade Room, Caulfield Racecourse, followed by an Alumnae Mass in the College Chapel, tours of the College and afternoon tea on Sunday 2 December 2012. These weekend events are for all alumnae from every leaving year and will be a wonderful opportunity to meet up with Windsor Friends.

Invitations will be sent during the year...but make a note of the dates in your diary now! Friday 30 November and Sunday 2 December 2012

Interstate & International Reunions
Please advise the Alumnae Office of your reunions and the dates and details will be added to the reunion calendar and promoted on the website and within Entre Nous E-News.
Non Decade Reunions
Other year levels that wish to organise additional reunions are encouraged to do so and they will be supported with database information and promotion. Please advise the Alumnae Office and the dates and details will be added to the reunion calendar and promoted on the website and within Entre Nous E-News.

How do year level reunions get organised?
Key past pupils from each year level will be contacted to meet with the Alumnae Office to decide what sort of reunion (lunch or dinner) they would like.  They will receive a list of all contacts from their year level currently on the database and be asked to go away and find as many more contacts as they can. They will then liaise back with the Alumnae Office and the office will send out invitations and manage the booking process.  Reunions will start with drinks and a tour of the College before heading off to lunch or dinner.

We would ask you to help spread the word and encourage those of you who are in contact with other PCW girls to make sure that they are aware of upcoming reunions. 

Many of our Alumnae have their contact details on the Alumnae database and will receive notification about their year level reunions. Reunion details will also be published in the Entre Nous E-News and on these alumnae website pages.
